How long do I have to make a return?
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 7days of the order shipment date for a refund to the original form of payment, less the shipping charge. **Please return items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. A separate box must be used to ship shoes with the original box inside. No Basic Doll reserves the right to decline your return or assess a 15% re-stocking fee if these terms have not been followed.
Do I have to pay the return shipping?
Your invoice comes with a pre-paid United States Postal Service shipping label attached for your convenience. Use of this return label will result in a $7.95 deduction from your refund. Because we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, If you decide not to use the provided shipping label, we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service and obtain a receipt for all shipments.
How do I get refunded if I paid with a gift code?
Purchases made with a gift code will be refunded to an online store credit.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Please allow up to 2 weeks from your return delivery date for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is completed.
Can I return "Final Sale" items?
Any merchandise marked or specified as "Final Sale" may not be returned. Items discounted using promotion codes with a final sale disclaimer may not be returned. Please note the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: cosmetics, swimwear, tights, gift certificates underwear, intimate apparel, lingerie, bras, panties, shapewear, bodysuits ,earrings, mask, gift cards and all items marked Final Sale.
